Dr. Nicole Scott, SPHR, CPC, PCC
Founder

Dr. Nicole Scott is an Organizational Psychologist, Executive Coach, MENSA member, and expert in team performance, leadership development, and psychological safety. With over two decades of experience, she has led organizational development at Goodwill of Southwestern PA and FedEx Ground, served as Vice President and Principal Psychologist at PSP Metrics, and partnered with several Fortune 500 Companies.


Nicole holds a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and has been
recognized for her thought leadership on topics like giftedness in the workplace, leader development, burnout recovery, and breaking the cycle of toxic work cultures.

 

She is the Founder of EvoExec, LLC and she helps organizations evolve from outdated systems to inclusive, high-performance cultures where hidden talent rises.  She also coaches gifted and neurodivergent women and women in leadership to self-advocate, set boundaries, and build careers aligned with how they actually work, not how they’re expected to perform. 

Her extensive experience also extends to speaking engagements and panel discussions, where she has had the privilege of addressing critical topics in career development, workplace motivators, and gender bias, among others. She is here to leverage her knowledge and experience to help people and organizations adapt and thrive.
