Dr. Nicole Scott, Ph.D., SPHR, CPC, PCC is an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist, executive coach, and founder of EvoExec, LLC, with over 26 years of experience helping teams build psychologically safe, high-performing cultures. Known for her strategic clarity and human-centered execution, Dr. Scott integrates behavioral science, adult learning and motivation, and systems thinking to drive leadership capability, team optimization, and cultural transformation.

Her career spans leadership roles at PSP Metrics, Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania, and FedEx where she led large-scale talent development and organizational effectiveness initiatives impacting tens of thousands of employees. Dr. Scott holds a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Capella University, a Master’s in Adult & Community Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh. She is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation, a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, Certified Adaptability Coach and Assessment Professional (Level 2) with AQai, and holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) credential.
